Ordering & Payment
1. Please fill in the Order Form which can be found at the top of the page if you wish to order from us.
2. Please ensure correct email address and contact number before sending the form.
3. Proceed with full payment within 2 days after receiving the confirmation email from us. Failed to do so, order will be cancelled and item(s) ordered will be released.
4. Once payment had been made, please email us the proof of payment so that we can proceed with the shipping process.
5. All items are brand new. Quality of the items were ensured at their best prior the process of posting them out.
Shipping & Handling
1. We will use Poslaju in sending out the items.
2. A flat rate of MYR 6 will be charged for orders below MYR 100. All orders of MYR 100 and above will get free shipping.
3. Shipping will be done everyday except Saturday and Sunday.
4. Tracking number will be given once posting had been done.
Return Policy
1. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your
purchase.
2. Item(s) should be unworn, unscathed, unwashed and unaltered.
3. Customers will bear the cost of shipping the item(s) back to us.
4. Returns must be posted within 7 working days of
receiving your order along with the Return Form
